How do we protect your information?

Google Drive Integration

PicPick offers optional integration with Google Drive. If you choose to connect your Google Account, PicPick may access certain Google user data solely for the purpose of providing Google Drive upload functionality.

When authorized by the user, PicPick may access:

• Basic Google account information, such as the user's email address.
• Google Drive folder metadata, including folder names and folder identifiers, to allow the user to select an upload destination.
• Files created or uploaded by PicPick on behalf of the user.

This information is used exclusively to provide the functionality requested by the user. PicPick does not access, read, analyze, sell, or share unrelated files stored in the user's Google Drive.

PicPick does not use data obtained from Google APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

Google User Data Retention and Deletion

PicPick stores Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens only as long as necessary to provide Google Drive integration services.

Users may revoke Google Drive access at any time through their Google Account settings. When access is revoked, associated OAuth credentials stored by PicPick are deleted within a reasonable period of time.

PicPick does not permanently store the contents of files uploaded to Google Drive on PicPick servers unless explicitly required to provide a service requested by the user.

PicPick's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties
